Call for Abstracts
MEI 2012 aims to bring together researchers in the multi-disciplinary areas of Medical/Health Education, educational technology and technology enhanced learning, Medicine2.0 and the semantic web. Key topics of MEI2012 include, but are not limited to:

- Mobile learning, Pervasive learning & Ubiquitous Computing
- Game-based learning, Serious games and Virtual Reality in Medicine
- Competencies & e-portfolios for students and health professionals

- Simulation & Modelling in Medical Education
- Ethics, Intellectual Property Rights and Creative Commons
Academics, scientists, psychologists, clinicians, engineers, computer scientists, and managers involved in medical education, as well as, undergraduate and post-graduate medical students are encouraged to submit and present their work in short oral or poster presentations. Abstracts totaling a max of 300 words may be submitted online through the link below:

Abstracts will be published in an booklet edition with ISBN number and will also be available online. In addition a small selection of abstracts will be invited for submission of a paper in a special issue within the (top impact factor) Journal of Medical Internet Research (www.jmir.org).
